I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in an incredibly convenient location. The rooms had a nice style and were surprisingly spacious at such a reasonable price. The staff were attentive and well-mannered, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and exceeded my expectations.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

The hotel is unheated, and there was no hot water. It is floored throughout in marble and has an impersonal feel. The. lobby is too small and there is nowhere to relax.

Room conditions and location

I recently stayed at a hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the nice room conditions offered. The location was also great and conveniently close to many attractions. the price was very affordable, making it easy for me to enjoy my trip without breaking the bank.

My stay was marred by poor service, with staff failing to respond to my requests for assistance. the cleanliness of the hotel was lacking, with the room being dusty and uncomfortable to stay in.

Nice food, good room service, located in Park street vicinity, center of the city.

Photos on Booked.net are for just a few best rooms, all others are just normal old rooms, at the same high prices. Shower didn't work in one room, gone 1 day without bathing, just normal services, at higher prices.

The hotel is located in a bustling area, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing the nearby Ganges river. The rooms are equipped with modern amenities and offer a view of the road, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is attentive and provides good service. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast.

- Toilet is awefull and dirty - Rooms are small, dirty and stinks also to Indian standards - Bed is very bad quality, good sleep is not possible, back hurts big time, bed sheets are dirty - interiors are very run down - It is very loud in the room, there is a main road infront and some disco around, windows are bad quality - Worst is the staff with one exception they have all been unfriendly and aggressive, no hospitality at all

Had a great stay during my vacation. The breakfast menu was very basic but you could customize your plate by choosing your favorite combination of bread, eggs, veggies, and butter. The location was perfect for exploring the city with ease. the staff members were extremely polite and hospitable. I really enjoyed their cheerful attitude towards me and my family.

The lift really sucked and there were some issues with the room's paint as well as a bad smell. I asked the staff for some room freshener but none was received.

The hotel is located near popular attractions like New Market, Esplanade and a shopping mall. Transportation is easily accessible with metro and local rail stations nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the rooms were clean.
